Return information

We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end-date to confirm if you like to proceed with collection or extend the rental period (subject to continued availability of the rented items).

The latest timing to collect a rental is 9 PM. 

Hotel collections:

If you are staying at a hotel or serviced apartments with a concierge service, you can leave the items with the reception/concierge upon departure. Please let us know when the items are left there and if you are issued with a luggage tag, please share a picture with us on WhatsApp +971585725326.  

Please do not leave the items in your room as they may end up in lost & found. This will cause collection delays as most hotels will not release items left behind in rooms without written consent of the hotel guest. Additional fee's may be applicable if we cannot collect the items at the agreed date.

Adress change:

If collection is from a different address than the order was delivered to, please fill out the alternative address for collection in the designated box of the rental booking request.

If you change your location after delivery, please notify us via email ([email protected]) or via WhatsApp +971585725326.

Cleaning:

We do not require the items to be deep cleaned or washed before return, but we do request to remove loose crumbs and wipe spills with a moist cloth to avoid permanent stains. 

Damages:

If you are renting a car seat, and the car with the car seat has been in any traffic accident, please share the police report and we will dispose of the car seat accordingly,  as damages may not be visible to the car seat, but it will still be deemed unsafe for further usage. No replacement cost or other charges will be applicable to you - child safety comes first.

Damages to other rental equipment will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, and may be subject to withholding of the security deposit in part or full, and subject to additional charges, depending on repair or replacement cost.

Security Deposit refund:

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have collected the items, but may take up to 7 working days to reflect back in your card (timing vary by bank).
