How renting with us works:


Select the products of your choice:

Choose your desired rental dates, and add the products you like to rent to your rental cart.

Submit your request:

Upon finalizing your cart, fill out the requested information and submit your request — no card details or immediate payment needed.

Confirm your booking:

Upon receiving your request, we will send you an invoice with a secure payment link to confirm your booking.

We deliver to you:

Your items will be delivered in pristine clean, sanitized, and safety-checked condition.

Delivery will be to the address you provide on the booking request, which can be to your hotel, a serviced apartment, Airbnb, a family or friends residence or Dubai Airport. 

If you have opted for self-pick up from our store, we will make sure the items are ready for you there.

Upon departure:

FAQ's

  • A refundable security deposit ranging between AED 100-200 is applicable for all orders, depending on order value and number of items in the order. We will include the deposit amount in the invoice upon submitting your order.

    The deposit will be fully refunded if the goods are returned in the same condition as delivered, accounting for fair wear and tear.

    The refund will be processed to the same card used for the original payment within 1 working day of order collection. Please note that bank processing times may extend up to 14 working days.


    Additional information

    • Products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs and spills should be wiped down.
    • If the equipment is not returned in full, or is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
    • A cleaning fee of AED 100 will be charged if the equipment is excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or has an odor resulting from cigarette smoke.
    • For late returns, we may retain the deposit, or part thereof, at the daily rate plus any additinal transport fee's if multiple collection attempts were made.
    • In cases of damaged equipment, repair or replacement charges will be applied based on the actual cost of the repair or replacement. If these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the additional charges will be billed to you.
    • The deposit will be paid back to the same card it was paid on. We are not able to refund to a different card or in cash.
    • Should the refund be rejected (e.g. card has expired or was replaced), we can arrange a transfer to your account, however, please note that any bank transfer related charges are to be covered by the receiver.

  • Our minimum cancellation fee is the security deposit paid, or a % of the total amount paid (whichever is higher), depending on the advance time  given to cancel as outlined below.

    - Cancellations up to 3 days (72+ hours) in advance, will be refunded at 75%.
    - Cancellation between 1 - 3 days (24 - 71 hours) in advance, will be refunded at 50%.
    - Cancellation less than 1 day (23 hours & less) in advance, will be charged at 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.

  • If your travel plans have changed, and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability, and an AED 25 administration fee.

  • If you need to shorten your rental period, please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. 

    A partial refund will be applicable if  the new return date is more than 2 days before the original rental end-date.  You will be billed for the actual rental period plus 2 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.

  • If you need to cancel after delivery,  rental fee's will be charged for 2 days from date of collection and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.

    Same day collection will have applicable same day transport fee's.

  • If you need to exchange a product after delivery,  the minimum rental fee for the product you are returning will be charged, and the remaining amount will be credited towards the rental fee of the new product you will be renting instead.

    Additional transports fee's may be applicable.

  • Enjoying your stay so much that you decided to extend it?

    We are happy to accommodate rental extensions subject to  availability.

    The rental extension will be chargeable as per the daily rate depending on the length of rental plus an AED 25 administration fee.

  • We deliver to private residences,  hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb and Dubai airport. 

    We do not offer deliveries to / collection from shopping malls or other public area's.

    Our transport fee's depends on the order value, location and day of delivery, we will include these in the final quote once you have submitted your request.
