Frequently asked questions:

  • Add the products you like to rent to your shopping cart, and submit your order. We do not require payment at this stage.  We will respond with a payment link to confirm your booking. Once confirmed we will deliver your order on your rental start date.

  • The rental fee varies based on the product you choose and the length of your rental period. Once you enter your rental dates on our website, the fee is automatically calculated.

    The initial rental rate covers the first 3 days. For longer rental periods, the average daily rate decreases the longer you rent.

    Please note that additional transport charges may apply, depending on your order total, location, and delivery day or time.

  • To ensure you get your preferred products, it's best to book as soon as you know your travel dates. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests as well.

    Same-day delivery is possible, subject to product availability and our delivery schedule. Please note that a AED 50 same-day delivery fee will apply.

  • A refundable security deposit ranging between AED 100-200 is applicable for all orders, depending on order value and number of items in the order. We will include the deposit amount in the invoice upon submitting your order.

    The deposit will be fully refunded if the goods are returned in the same condition as delivered, accounting for fair wear and tear.

    The refund will be processed to the same card used for the original payment within 1 working day of order collection. Please note that bank processing times may extend up to 14 working days.


    Additional information

    • Products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs and spills should be wiped down.
    • If the equipment is not returned in full, or is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
    • A cleaning fee of AED 100 will be charged if the equipment is excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or has an odor resulting from cigarette smoke.
    • For late returns, we may retain the deposit, or part thereof, at the daily rate plus any additinal transport fee's if multiple collection attempts were made.
    • In cases of damaged equipment, repair or replacement charges will be applied based on the actual cost of the repair or replacement. If these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the additional charges will be billed to you.
    • The deposit will be paid back to the same card it was paid on. We are not able to refund to a different card or in cash.
    • Should the refund be rejected (e.g. card has expired or was replaced), we can arrange a transfer to your account, however, please note that any bank transfer related charges are to be covered by the receiver.

  • Our cancellation fees are determined by the amount of notice provided, with a minimum fee being either the security deposit or a percentage of the total amount paid—whichever is higher. The details are as follows:

    - Cancellations made more than 3 days (72+ hours) in advance: You will receive a 75% refund.

    - Cancellations made between 1 and 3 days (24 - 71 hours) in advance: You will receive a 50% refund.

    - Cancellations made less than 1 day (within 23 hours or less): You will be charged for a 3-day rental, and the remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.

  • If delivery is within Dubai city limits:

    We will contact you or your host 1 day before your rental start date to confirm delivery details based on your selected time slot.

    Due to traffic and parking challenges in Dubai, we cannot provide exact delivery times but will narrow down the delivery window to a 1-hour time slot.

    To ensure we can accommodate all customers within their preferred time frames, we are unable to confirm a more precise time slot more than 1 day in advance.

    If you need the equipment early in the day, we recommend scheduling the rental to begin a day in advance if pre-arrival delivery is an option.

    If delivery is outside Dubai city limits or in other Emirates:

    For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates, we use a courier service. Therefore, bookings must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the rental start date to secure your delivery.

    Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday, but unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

    Our courier can deliver to private residences, hotels, and serviced apartments. Please note that delivery to or collection from airports, shopping malls, or other public areas is not available.

    Delivery times are between 9 AM and 7 PM. All-day availability is required, as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time in advance.

  • Yes, we provide airport delivery to Dubai Airport from 7 AM to 11 PM.

    Please note that additional fees apply for airport delivery and collection, which you can find here.

    For arrivals
    :

    We will meet you in the arrivals hall, or at the car rental office in the airport parking (if renting a car directly from the airport) 60 minutes after your flight's scheduled arrival time. We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time.

    Please include your flight number in the booking notes so we can adjust the meeting time in case of any flight delays.

    For departures:

    We will meet you at the pre-agreed time in the departure hall or at the car rental office if returning a rental car. We also allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time.

    Note: Additional waiting time (for arrivals or departure) beyond 20 minutes will incur a charge of AED 25 per 15 minutes.

  • Yes, we can deliver your items to the hotel reception or concierge before your arrival.

    To facilitate this, please provide us with the family name under which your reservation was made. Additionally, email the hotel to notify them of the upcoming delivery from The Stroller Spa.

    Please also include your expected arrival time in the booking notes so we can schedule the delivery as close to your arrival as possible.

  • Yes, we deliver to Airbnbs and serviced apartments. Please check with your host to see if there are concierge services or access available for delivery before your arrival.

    If such arrangements are possible, provide us with your host's contact details, and we will coordinate the delivery and notify you once it’s complete.

    If pre-arrival delivery isn’t feasible, we can arrange a convenient time to deliver after you arrive. Please include your expected arrival time in the booking notes so we can schedule the delivery as close to your arrival as possible.

  • If your travel plans have changed, we're happy to adjust your rental dates, subject to availability.

    An administration fee of AED 25 will apply.

  • Loving your stay so much that you want to extend it?

    We're happy to accommodate rental extensions, subject to availability.

    The extension will be charged at the daily rate based on your rental duration, plus an AED 25 administration fee.

  • Yes, you can exchange a product after delivery.

    You will be charged for the number of days you used the item (or the minimum rental fee if less than 3 days). The remaining balance will be credited toward the rental fee of the new product.

  • If you need to cancel after delivery, you will be charged a rental fee for 3 days from the collection date, and the remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.


    Please note that if you request same-day collection, additional express transport fees may apply.

  • If you need to return your rental gear earlier than planned, please let us know your preferred collection date so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

    A partial refund is available if your new return date is more than 3 days before the original rental end date. In this case, you'll be billed for the actual rental period plus 3 days, with a 50% refund for any remaining days.

  • Yes, our equipment is ready to use and typically requires minimal assembly. 

    For your convenience, we provide detailed setup and usage instructions within each product listing on our website, as well as on our YouTube channel.

    If you prefer, we can also share a step-by-step video guide via WhatsApp—just let us know!

  • If you need assistance with setting up or dismantling the equipment, we offer this service at an additional charge based on the number of items in your booking. Prices start at AED 50 for 1 – 3 items.

    To ensure a smooth experience, please notify our team in advance if you'd like to book this service. This helps us allocate the necessary time in our schedule and prevent delays for other customers.

  • Our delivery team does not install car seats due to liability reasons. Installation instructions are available on our website under the car seat model listing, and on our YouTube channel.

    If you prefer, we can also send the installation video via WhatsApp.

    Should you need hands-on assistance, you can book our car seat installation expert for AED 50 per seat (available within Dubai city limits only).

    Please note that, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, the liability for proper installation remains with the end user.

  • Absolutely! We are renowned for our meticulous baby gear cleaning services, and our rental equipment receives the same careful attention.

    Each item is deep-cleaned and sanitized with organic, non-toxic, and baby-safe products after every use. Prior to delivery, we conduct a final safety check and steam-clean the equipment to ensure it arrives in pristine clean, fully sanitized condition.

  • Yes, you can rent for 1 day or a shorter period. However, please note that the minimum rental fee displayed applies. This fee covers our extensive cleaning process, which is necessary after each rental, so we cannot offer lower rates for shorter periods.

  • Add Products: Select the items you wish to rent and add them to your shopping cart.

    Complete Your Order: Go to your cart, fill out the required delivery and collection information, and submit your order.

    Payment is not required at this stage.

    We will review your request and respond within 24 hours (often sooner) with a final quote, including any applicable transport fees and a payment link to confirm your order.

  • Yes, the minimum order amount is AED 100 before delivery fees. For orders below this threshold, a surcharge will be added to meet the minimum amount.

  • Yes, you can choose self-collection and return when filling out your rental request.

    Once your booking is confirmed, you can schedule your preferred pick-up and return times.

    : We are located at Waterfront Jebel Ali. You can find us on Google Maps here or request our location pin via WhatsApp.

    Important Notes:

    - Your booking must be confirmed in advance.
    - We do not offer in-store shopping, as items may already be reserved for other customers.
    - Equipment is sanitized 1 hour prior to pick-up to ensure it is in pristine, hygienic condition when handed over to you.

  • We understand that accidents can happen. If you accidentally damage an item, please notify us immediately. Our dedicated team will assess the situation and determine the next steps.

    Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges, which we will communicate to you directly. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains.

    We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, and we appreciate your honesty and prompt reporting of any issues.

  • We will contact you 1 day before your rental end date to confirm if you would like to extend your booking (subject to availability) or proceed with collection.

    For Collection:

    Preparation
    : Please wipe off any visible crumbs, spills, or loose dirt from the items. Deep cleaning or laundering is not required as we will handle that after collection.

    If Staying with Friends or Family
    : We will contact your host to arrange a suitable collection time after your departure.

    If Staying at an Airbnb or Serviced Apartment without Concierge:
    We will arrange to meet you at a pre-agreed time before your departure. Please have all items packed and ready for handover to our team at the agreed time. If you need assistance with disassembling and packing, let us know in advance so we can allocate sufficient time and avoid delays for other customers. (Please note a service charge will apply).

    If Staying at a Hotel or Serviced Apartment with Concierge:
    You may leave the items with the concierge or reception and send us a picture of the storage tag for collection after your departure.

    Important:
    Please do not leave the items in your room, as they may end up in 'lost & found' and, depending on the hotel’s policy, could cause delays and incur additional late return and transport fees.

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to or collect from malls, theme parks, or other public places, including restaurants and parking areas.

  • To confirm your booking, prepayment is required. We will send you a secure link for online payment.

    You can also choose to pay via PayPal; however, please be aware that additional fees may apply.

    Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery.

  • The security deposit will be refunded to the same card used for payment. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to a different card, or in cash.

    If your card has been lost or expired, we can arrange a bank transfer for the refund. Please note that any transfer fees will be charged to the receiver.

  • You can rent items for as long as you need them. If your rental period exceeds 2 months, please contact us to discuss special long-term rates.

  • We offer multiple delivery time slots for your convenience.

    Morning deliveries are available from 9 AM to 12 PM, while evening deliveries take place between 7-9 PM.

    If you opt for all day availability, we will deliver your order anytime between 9 AM - 7 PM, we will let you know a more exact timing one day prior.

    However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to the variability of our delivery route each day, but we will send you a more narrowed down time slot a day prior to your rental start date.

    If you need your order early in the morning, we recommend starting the rental period one day earlier. This allows us to deliver your order to the hotel concierge or your host ahead of your arrival.

    For Airbnb deliveries, we’re happy to coordinate directly with your host to arrange the delivery.
