We deliver to hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb properties, private residences, as well as Dubai and Sharjah airports.

Please note that we do not offer deliveries to or collections from shopping malls or other public areas.

Delivery and collection services are available seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM, with the following exceptions:

  • January 1: Closed (no deliveries or collections)
  • December 24: Deliveries and collections available until 2 PM
  • December 25: Closed (no deliveries or collections)
  • December 31: Deliveries and collections available until 2 PM

  • Private Residence Delivery

    Upon confirmation of your booking, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time convenient to you. If you are staying with a relative or friend, kindly provide your hosts' name and contact number and we can arrange delivery prior to your arrival.

    Hotel / Serviced Apartments Delivery

    If you are staying at a hotel or service apartments, we are happy to deliver the items to the reception or concierge prior to your arrival.

    Kindly provide us with the full booking name your reservation was made in, and inform the hotel / service apartment provider that you are expecting a delivery from The Stroller Spa prior to your arrival.

    Airbnb Delivery

    If you are staying at an Airbnb or apartment without concierge facility and require delivery prior to your arrival, please check with your host for access requirements.

    We are happy to contact your host to arrange the delivery, please provide us with your host name, email and local number.

    Airport Delivery

    We provide airport delivery to Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai.

    Remote locations

    For deliveries outside Dubai City limits, we use a courier service to deliver your order.

    Therefore, the booking must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the rental start date in order for us to book in the space for delivery.

    Our courier delivers to private residences, hotels, and serviced apartments. They do not offer delivery to / collection from shopping malls or other public area's.

    Kindly note that delivery will be between 9 AM and 7 PM on Monday - Saturday and all-day availability will be required for delivery as a specific time cannot be guaranteed in advance.

    Delivery or collection for remote area's is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

    Assembly and installation assistance is not available for remote area's, instructions on how to use the items you are renting are available on our website and our Youtube channel.

  • For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & other Emirates we use a courier service to deliver your order. Therefore, the booking must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the rental start date in order for us to book in the space for delivery.

    Delivery is available Monday - Saturday. Unfortunately delivery is not possible on Sundays and Public Holidays.

    Our courier delivers to private residences, hotels, and serviced apartments. They do not offer delivery to / collection from Airports,  shopping malls or other public area's.

    Kindly note that delivery time will be between 9 AM and 7 PM. All-day availability for delivery will be required, as a specific time cannot be guaranteed in advance.

    Assembly and installation assistance is not available unfortunately, however you can find instructions on how to use the items you are renting in the product description on our website and on our Youtube channel, or contact us on WhatsApp if you need assistance.

  • A refundable security deposit ranging between AED 100-200 is applicable for all orders, depending on order value and number of items in the order. We will include the deposit amount in the invoice upon submitting your order.

    The deposit will be fully refunded if the goods are returned in the same condition as delivered, accounting for fair wear and tear.

    The refund will be processed to the same card used for the original payment within 1 working day of order collection. Please note that bank processing times may extend up to 14 working days.


    Additional information:

    • Products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs and spills should be wiped down.
    • If the equipment is not returned in full, or is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
    • A cleaning fee of AED 100 will be charged if the equipment is excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or has an odor resulting from cigarette smoke.
    • For late returns, we may retain the deposit, or part thereof, at the daily rate plus any additinal transport fee's if multiple collection attempts were made.
    • In cases of damaged equipment, repair or replacement charges will be applied based on the actual cost of the repair or replacement. If these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the additional charges will be billed to you.
    • The deposit will be paid back to the same card it was paid on. We are not able to refund to a different card or in cash.
    • Should the refund be rejected (e.g. card has expired or was replaced), we can arrange a transfer to your account, however, please note that any bank transfer related charges are to be covered by the receiver.

  • Enjoying your stay so much that you decided to extend it?

    We are happy to accommodate rental extensions subject to  availability.

    The rental extension will be chargeable as per the daily rate depending on the length of rental plus an AED 25 administration fee.

  • If you like to change a product after delivery,  please contact us on WhatsApp  +971585725326 or [email protected].

    An exchange fee will be applicable, typically it will the rental start fee for the product you are returning (or number of days you have used the product for), and the remaining balance will be credited towards the rental fee of the new product you will be renting instead.

  • We understand you were looking forward to your trip and a cancellation is often due to unforeseen circumstances, of course we will offer you our support and you can cancel any time by contacting us on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +971 58 57 25 326.

    However, we are sure you understand that the rental gear, once confirmed, is removed from our available equipment list, which makes it unavailable to other families. Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment was not available. and to cover our admin cost & bank charges .

    Our minimum cancellation fee is the security deposit paid, or a % of the total amount paid (whichever is higher), depending on the advance time  given to cancel as outlined below.

    - Cancellations up to 3 days (72+ hours) in advance, will be refunded at 75%.
    - Cancellation between 1 - 3 days (24 - 71 hours) in advance, will be refunded at 50%.
    - Cancellation less than 1 day (23 hours & less) in advance, will be charged at 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.

  • If your travel plans have changed, and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability, and an AED 25 administration fee.

    Please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear, so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. 

    A partial refund will be applicable if  the new return date is more than 3 days before the original rental end-date.  You will be billed for the actual rental period plus 3 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.

  • If you need to cancel your order after delivery, rental fee's will be charged for 3 days from date of collection and remaining amount will be refunded at 50%.

    Same-day collection will have applicable express transport fee's.
