The rental cost varies based on the product and the length of your rental. Your total fee will be automatically calculated once you enter your rental dates on our website.

The initial rate covers the first three days, and for extended rentals, the daily rate decreases as the rental period increases.

Transport fees may apply, depending on your order total, location, and delivery date.

Once you've done that, proceed to the cart, provide the necessary delivery and collection details, and submit your order.

No payment is needed at this point.

We'll get back to you within 24 hours (often sooner) with a final quote, including any applicable transport fees, along with a payment link to confirm your order.

To ensure availability of your preferred products, it is best to book them as soon as you know your travel dates, however we will of course do our best to accommodate last-minute request as well.

​Same day delivery is possible, however subject to availability of the requested products, and an AED 50 same day delivery fee (if our delivery schedule permits).

Yes, if you are staying at a hotel, we are happy to deliver the items to the reception or concierge prior to your arrival.   

Kindly provide us with the family name your reservation was made in, and email the hotel to inform that you are expecting a delivery from The Stroller Spa prior to your arrival.

Please share your expected arrival time in the booking notes, so we can allocate an available delivery time slot as close to your arrival as possible.

Yes, we do. If you’re staying at an Airbnb or serviced apartment, please check with your host to see if there are concierge services or access for delivery before your arrival.

If such arrangements are available, provide us with your host’s contact details, and we will coordinate the delivery and notify you once it’s complete.

If pre-arrival delivery is not possible, we can arrange a convenient delivery time after you’ve arrived. Please include your expected arrival time in the booking notes so we can schedule a delivery time slot as close to your arrival as possible.

Yes, we provide airport delivery to Dubai Airport .

Please note there will be additional fee's for airport delivery and collection, which can be found here.

For arrivals, we will meet you 60 minutes after your flight arrival time, in  the arrivals hall, or car rental office in the airport parking if you are renting a car direct from the airport). We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time.  After this time, the order will be transferred to the Baggage Storage office. Retrieval from the office will incur an additional fee of AED 40 per item, payable directly to Baggage Storage services.

Please include your flight number in the booking notes, so we can adjust the meeting time in case of any reported flight delays.

For departures we will meet you at the pre-agreed time in the departure hall or at the car rental office if you are returning a rental car.   

After this time, the order will be transferred to the Baggage Storage office. Retrieval from the office will incur an additional fee of AED 40 per item, payable directly to Baggage Storage services.

We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time.

Additional waiting time beyond 20 minutes will be chargeable at AED 30 per 15 minutes.

Absolutely! We are renowned for our meticulous baby gear cleaning services, and our rental equipment receives the same exceptional care.

Each item is deep-cleaned and sanitized with organic, non-toxic, and baby-safe products after every use. Prior to delivery, we conduct a final safety check and steam-clean the equipment to ensure it arrives in pristine clean, fully sanitized condition.

Yes, you can opt for self-collection and return when submitting your rental request.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be able to schedule an appointment for your preferred pick-up and return times.

We’re also happy to send you the location pin via WhatsApp.

Please note that your booking must be confirmed in advance. We do not offer in-store shopping, as many items on display may already be reserved for other customers.

Additionally, we sanitize all equipment one hour before pick-up to ensure it's in pristine and hygienic condition when handed over to you.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to, or collect from, malls, theme parks or other public places, including restaurants and car parkings.

For liability reasons, our delivery team does not install car seats.

However, installation instructions are available on our website under the car seat model listing and on our YouTube channel.

We can also share the installation video with you via WhatsApp.

If you require assistance, you can book our car seat installation expert for a fee of AED 50 per seat (within Dubai city limits only).

Please note that the responsibility for proper installation remains with the end user, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

Our equipment comes ready to use and generally requires minimal assembly.

Setup and usage instructions are available on the product listing on our website. We’re also happy to share the instructional video with you via WhatsApp upon request.

If you need assistance with setting up or dismantling the equipment, an additional fee will apply, starting at AED 50 for 1 to 3 items.
